NIPIGON, ON – Nipigon Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged one male and will charge two other males after Nipigon OPP officers executed a search warrant at a residence in Nipigon On, on Sepetmeber 4th 2013.
Officers seized 579 grams of Marihuana, 31 Percocet pills, and over $27,000 dollars in cash.
53 year-old Robert Madigan, of Thunder Bay ON has been charged with:
- Two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking,
- One count of Possession of Property Obtained by Crime.
Two other males will be charged with similar charges and will be Summons to court.
The investigation is continuing and additional charges may be laid.
Robert Madigan will appear in Nipigon Court on December 3rd 2013 to answer to these charges.
