Another Piece Of Equipment Donated to Manitouwadge EDC For Prospectors To Borrow

MANITOUWADGE, ON – The Manitouwadge Economic Development Corporation (MEDC) and the Township of Manitouwadge have been very fortunate in receiving a 12X14 Prospector Tent donated by International Custom Products Inc. (Scott McDonald) and Nothing but Outdoors Radio (hosted by Manitouwadge native Amanda Lynn Mayhew). Amanda Lynn & Scott thought it would be a great idea to donate such a product to a community that has promoted itself as a destination for enjoying extreme outdoor activities.
Amanda and Craig used this tent while moose hunting in Wildlife Management Unit 21A of the Ontario MNR’s Wawa District for 7 days in early winter weather and were extremely comfortable.
The Township will make this tent available to the public for use at any function or for local prospectors to borrow along with the Beep Map that the MEDC owns. [See links below for details re: Beep Map]
This prospector tent is a great tool in continued promotion of the Play in the Extreme brand.
