MANITOUWADGE, ON – Customers at Rousselle’s Valu-Mart were eager for details of how Holle Ross, found herself, this afternoon, being presented with a check for $5,000.
Owner Robert Rousselle explained it was as easy as a short online survey intended to help the store, and others which are part of the NGR Group (Valu-Mart and Your Independant Grocer’s Ontario and West stores), ensure customers are getting the best shopping experience possible. “We [NGR Group Stores] want to become the best in Canada” explained Rousselle who was very pleased to have a local customer rewarded for her participation in the survey “This is the first time the draw has been won by some at our store”.
Ross, had followed the instructions on her Rousselle’s Valu-Mart receipt to enter the draw back in February. “I just filled out a customer satisfaction survey” she explained “It only took about 5 minutes!” The monthly draw encourages customers to participate in the online survey intended to help NGR Group Stores identify their strengths or areas with room for improvement. Ross said she might put the money towards the purchase of a truck or perhaps just keep it in savings – she had not decided for certain yet.
