ROSSPORT, ON – The Rossport Tourism Association is pleased to announce the Grand Opening of the Rossport Coastal Trail next weekend (July 19th) when they will be unveiling new signage for the project.
The 1.5 km trail is easy to find and follows along the shore of Lake Superior from Wardrope Park (East end of Rossport) to the Rossport Roadside Park. All levels of hikers will enjoy the trail which provides many photographic opportunities with beautiful views of Lake Superior, beaches and some of the islands of the Rossport archipelago.
“We’ve worked very hard to get to this point”said Rossport Tourism Association member Beverley Turpin looking forward to the Saturday’s event. All are welcome to Saturday’s grand opening, contact the Rossport Tourism Association for full details.
