#CrossoverInsider: March Movie Releases, This Week’s Trailers AND WIN $50*!
The almighty Marvel universe is back at it. From the classic comic book series, and now movies, that brought us Captain America, Incredible Hulk and Iron Man, comes the latest installment in the equally popular Thor franchise. Thor Ragnarok is the headline new release in the first week of March- a month that also marks the debut of other highly anticipated titles like; Jumanji, Pitch Perfect 3, Star Wars Last Jedi and Justice League! This week, there are a total of eight new releases with a brief synopsis of each below;
Thor Ragnarok: starring Chris Hemsworth, Cate Blanchett and Mark Ruffalo- While imprisoned on the other side of the universe, Thor must find a way to get back to Asgard to prevent catastrophic events from happening at the hands of a dangerous new villain. Lady Bird: starring Saoirse Ronan- Nominated for Academy Awards! During her senior year of high school, a young lady navigates through troubled relationships with peers and her over-bearing mother- all while trying to get into prestigious east coast colleges. Walking Out: starring Matt Bomer, Bill Pullman and Jake Wiggins- After his father is injured during a hunting trip in the remote Montana Mountains, a teenager must navigate through the wilderness in a desperate attempt to get help. (Drama/Adventure) (DVD)
Wonder Wheel: starring Kate Winslet, Justin Timeberlake and Jim Belushi- During the hustle and bustle of 1950’s Coney Island, a couple find themselves invested in the life of a young lady who is hiding from the mob. (Drama) (DVD)
Con Man: starring James Caan, Ving Rhames and Mark Hamill- Based on a TRUE STORY! A charismatic young businessman becomes a wealthy CEO by lying, cheating and stealing his way to the top. (Drama) (DVD)
Sandman: starring Haylie Duff and Tobin Bell- A little girl’s imagination creates the Sandman, a terrible creature from her nightmares that brings harm to anyone around her. (Horror) (DVD)
Aliens Ate My Homework: starring William Shatner- After finding two aliens in his packsack, a young boy works with them to save the world! (Family/Comedy) (DVD)
Man Who Invented Christmas: starring Dan Stevens and Christopher Plummer- The story of Charles Dickens and his creation of the timeless classic- “A Christmas Carol”. (Drama/Comedy) (DVD)
