Option 2, Building and Contents,
Option 3 Contents only.

Bidding opens Wednesday September 8th @ 8am; bidding closes Wednesday September 15th @ 4:36pm

Vendor has final right to accept any configuration of the bids. Winning bidders will be notified within 24 hours of bidding closing. On Real Estate lots you will be required to submit a $5000.00 deposit within 24hours, this will be held in the Real Estate Trust Account of Apex Realty Services Ltd. and applied to the price on closing as with any other offer.

All other purchases will be paid via bank draft, certified cheque, money order or cash.
