Possible Smoke off Hwy 614 (Oct1-Dec31)
Please be advised that the Ministry of Northern Development, Mines, Natural Resources and Forestry (NDMNRF) has provided notice of an approved prescribed burn plan for slash pile burning that will be carried out in the Nagagami, White River and Pic Forests between October 1st, 2021 and December 31, 2021.
We want residents to be aware there are two areas identified off of Hwy 614 and smoke may be sighted while the burns are conducted. Please see attached map provided by the NDMNRF.
