Manitouwadge Golden Age Centre’s Festive Fundraiser a Success

MANITOUWADGE, ON – Saturday, November 26, the Manitouwadge Golden Age Centre hosted its annual Christmas Tea which included an exciting live auction, elephant table and of course delicious food among the aspects of the event attendees reported enjoying most.

Organizing team member, Maleta Boyd shared this thank you after the successful fundraiser last weekend:

“The bazaar was so very successful! The tea’s profitability Thanks to all the donations from the ever generous people and businesses in Manitouwadge.

The live auction certainly was a big hit and brought in the bulk of the proceeds. Great big thanks to auctioneer Clint Smith for an awesome job. Food and camaraderie were, as always, great.”
