It’s a new day…

Well, I’ve finally taken the leap. I’ve been meaning to get a blog up and running for some time now and feel genuine relief and finally having it underway.

I hope to share with you some of the challenges our family faces as we go travel through life together.  I believe that in today’s hi-tech world we are never really alone in our struggles, there are always others sharing similar experiences and so we each have a responsibility to share our stories  in the hopes of coming together to encourage success and enrich each others lives.

I will make a great effort to get the basic skeleton up within the next few days. I hope to have links for additional information on many things including :

  •  Multiple Sclerosis which I was diagnosed with June 7th, 2006
  • Homeschooling which I will be diving into in 2009 with my daughter, Emeraude
  • Motorsport adventures which of course were the main source of income for me for a number of years while I wrote for Michigan Snowmobiler, OSM and ATV wolrd
  • Fundraising as I hope to help Lloyd in 2009 with his goal of having a skatepark finally established in Manitouwadge

and of course many more but that’s the basic list for now and should keep me quite busy for a while.

I do have IV Steroid treatments pending thanks to my new family doctor who is looking to be quite a gift from God. He is unfortunately taking some time off in January but has been thoughtful enough to actually leave a standing order at MGH so that I am to decide when to recieve my treatment.  All that just to explain that if I seem to dissapear for a little while, it is not for lack of commitment, just getting my health on track.

J’espère aussi d’offrir des blogs en français de temps en temps… En autant que ceux qui vont les lires ne se tanne pas de ma grammaire terrible!
