May 30 – Part two

I’m back… I was an hour early, my pain seemed at the point that it must be time and so the math made sense (I wanted it to be time and wasn’t paying enough attention counting to four lol). I had called Vickie (I would never do so late at night but she had told me too) but there was no answer so I called a cab, then Vickie called back but the taxi was on his way… ANYWAYS, having returned I did call her back to accept the ride if it was still available for 1/2 hour from now as I can’t think of paying twice in the same 60 minutes 😐

Well, on with my week… Doctor visits that were quite discouraging. I am very very disheartened that he is unwilling to refer me for a port-a-cath. He is passing the buck insisting that I see a specialist for the referal (that itself will require a referal of course) which means that there is next to no chance that it will all happen in time for me to get to White Lake with the kids. tears I can’t even say that part out loud yet. I just do not want to accept it. White Lake has been the light at the end of the tunnel which kept me going all year, without it, well, I do not know what to hold on to.

Tomorrow I have the next batch of Youth Soccer photos. I am hoping that it goes better than last week’s Primary & Senior photos (I don’t think it could go much worse). To be honest I’m almost hoping for rain as I would re-schedule them with the Junior shoot as it has been a big week, I have another over-loaded week ahead of me and that meeting with my family doc has left me feeling completely drained and quite hopeless (like I don’t even know what I’m working for if not to spend quality time with the kids and enjoy a month of summer).

Prayers are very much appreciated.
