First Campout
Emeraude was thrilled last weekend when Daddy invited her to a campout in his backyard. I went by in the evening to say goodnight and found them roasting marshmallows by the fire (too cute) with her in her pj’s, I couldn’t resist returning with my camera. The “nosee-em’s” unfortunately had ended the fireside fun by the time I arrived but they were still awake, enjoying some bedtime reading by flashlight.
So happy for her to have had this opportunity as I continue to be stuck going to the hospital every 4 hours for pain meds, my family doctor refusing to refer me for a subcutaneous pump which would, at the very least, allow me to get out camping and have the chance to enjoy summer with my kids.
