TERRACE BAY, ON – The Annual School Science Fair was held at St. Martin School on Thursday, March 30th and  it was quite evident by the various displays that all participants have the ability to become future scientists.  Each classroom was able to send 3 projects from each grade and all students from the Grade 1 /2 classroom shared their amazing creations using recycled materials (Grade 1) and building simple machines (Grade 2) with the school community.

The projects were all unique and the judges commented on the difficulties of choosing the winners.  According to Pat Maenpaa, Maggie Ten Hoeve, Kathie Shermack, Stacy Turner, Ray Bouchard and Brent Monks the participants were all prepared, well informed and delivered wonderful presentations.  St. Martin School Staff were pleased and overwhelmed with the overall participation and success of this year’s Science Fair.
