CHARGES LAID IN SEXUAL TOUCHING INCIDENT

- Sexual Interference with a person under 16 years of age;
- Sexual Assault.
The name of the adult male, who is not a Wawa resident, is not being released at this time due to continuing investigation. The accused is presently being held in Sault Ste Marie pending a Bail Hearing. The Superior East OPP would like to thank those people who assisted in this investigation by calling in tips and providing much needed investigative information.
