WAWA, ON – August 20, 2011 Superior East OPP in Wawa received a report that sometime overnight person(s) unknown attended the Wawa Golf Course and gained entry to four storage sheds and garage located on the property. A golf cart was removed from the garage and driven around the course. It was driven into a fence causing the cart to become stuck. Minor damage was caused to the fence. Nothing else was disturbed or stolen as a result of this incident.
THEFT OF BOAT EMERALD LAKE
CHAPLEAU, ON – August 18, 2011 Superior East OPP in Chapleau were advised of theft of a 12 foot boat from Emerald Lake near Chapleau. The boat, described as a 12 foot REYNOLDS fishing boat with light blue interior and plywood transom, was stolen sometime after August 14, 2011. Value is estimated at $450.00.
