OPP Recover Stolen Items – Manitouwadge

THREE CHARGED IN RELATION TO BREAK AND ENTER IN MANITOUWADGE

MANITOUWADGE, ON – August 11, 2011 a break and enter was reported to the Manitouwadge Ontario Provincial Police (OPP).  During the investigation it was revealed that a quantity of money and other items were stolen from a residence.  Police subsequently located some of the stolen items nearby.

As a result of their investigation, on September 1, 2011 police charged 28-year-old Nicholaus PATTERSON of Manitouwadge for Break and Enter and Theft.  An arrest warrant for Nicholaus PATTERSON has been issued. 

Also charged in relation to this offence were 19-year-old Oscar AMOR-BACIC and 18-year-old Kathryn KEENAN, both ofManitouwadge,Ontario. Each was charged with Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5000 contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. They are to attend court in Manitouwadge on October 12, 2011. 

MALE AND FEMALE CHARGED WITH DRUG OFFENCES

MANITOUWADGE, ON – September 1, 2011 Manitouwadge OPP with the assistance of Thunder Bay DES (Drug Enforcement Section) executed a warrant at a residence on Ohsweken Road in Manitouwadge.  As a result of the investigation and subsequent search, police located illegal substances within the home.

Kathryn KEENAN an 18 year old female from Manitouwadge was charged with Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.

An arrest warrant has been issued for Nicholaus PATTERSON in relation to drug trafficking offences and property crimes.

Manitouwadge OPP would like to remind the residents of Manitouwadge that should they be aware of any illegal activity they are urged to contact the OPP or Crimestoppers at anytime.
