MARATHON, ON – Marathon Gymnastics Club Coaches, Amanda Blanch and Victoria Wells travelled to Sault Ste. Marie last weekend for intensive training and testing to receive their Level 2 certification from the Ontario Gymnastics Federation.

The new certification allows the young ladies to not only train more students, at higher levels; it also qualifies them to train their club members for competitions across the province.  Both Blanch and Wells are interested in possibly taking club members to competitions later in the season. Head Coach Connie Ross was very proud of the progress of the young coaches and pleased to announce that Meaghan Nutbrown is the next hopeful coach-in-training.

CONGRATULATIONS! To both Amanda & Victoria for their diligent efforts and continued success!
