Terrace Bay Pulp Begins Court-Supervised Restructuring
TERRACE BAY, ON – January 26th Ernst & Young, acting on behalf of Terrace Bay Pulp posted the following letter to creditors in regards to the company:
Terrace Bay Pulp has been closed since the fall,when it shut down due to “Economic Conditions”. It was announced that the mill was looking for new owners earlier this month. Critics blame the provincial government, yesterday NDP Natural Resources critic Sarah Campbell said the government should be held accountable for the loss of jobs in the forestry industry in northern Ontario.
