MARATHON, ON – At Dyers’ Field, the Crossover Video Blue Jays hit 6 Homeruns in a powerful effort to defeat the Kids by a score of 19-17. The leagues Homerun Leader Nathan Davis continued to lead the way hitting 3 more homeruns, giving him an impressive 18 for the season to date. The Kids team averted disaster when one of their players was struck by an errant bat. He was taken to Wilson Memorial General Hospital for stitches but was able to return to field in good spirits. The win gives the Blue Jays a 7-4 record while the Kids drop to 2-8-1.
