GREENSTONE OPP SEEKING PUBLIC ASSISTANCE

GERALDTON, ON – The Greenstone Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is requesting assistance from the public in solving a theft investigation.

 Sometime between September 22, 2012 and October 19, 2012, unknown culprit(s) stole a 2012 sixteen foot dual axle flat bed excursion trailer from the Municipality of Greenstone Public Works Yard located on Center Street in Nakina, ON.  The trailer has an Ontario licence plate affixed and bears the number J80 79H.

The public is urged to contact police should they have any information pertaining to this or any other unsolved crime. Should they wish to remain anonymous and be eligible for a cash reward of up to $2000.00 if their information helps solve a crime, they can anonymously contact Crime Stoppers at www.tipshelp.com , 1-800-222-TIPS, or by texting “tip262 and their tip information” to CRIMES (274637).
