Basktball tournament

Saturday, July 4th, as part of Manitouwadge’s Canada Day festivities, the Leisure Services’ Drop-In program staff held ping-pong and 3 on 3 basketball tournaments. Divisions for basketball were 15 yrs & under and 16 yrs & older played round-robin style, and competition was fierce.
Participants were thrilled to win prizes such as gift certificates for; Village Pizza & Submarine, Bikes n’ Stuff, Friends Bakery & Coffee Shop and MP3‘s.
15 & under basketball winners were:
1st Place – Lloyd White, Dylan Forgarty & Carter Quade
2nd Place – Nathan Keough, Brandon & Jesse
3rd Place – Taylor Klause, Andre Bourgeois & Nick Amos
Still waiting to receive the results from the 16 & up tournament, will post as soon as I get them.
