NIPIGON, ON – Nipigon Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged one male after Nipigon OPP officers executed a search warrant at a residence in Red Rock On, on October 7th 2013.
Officers seized:
- 11 Morphine Pills,
- 7.5 grams of Cocaine,
- 20 grams of Marihuana
- $965 dollars in Canadian Currency.
50 year-old Richard Harmatiuk, of Red Rock Ontario has been charged with:
- Two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance
- three counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking, contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.
- one count of Possession of Property Obtained by Crime, contrary to the Criminal Code.
Richard Harmatiuk will appear in Nipigon Court on December 3rd 2013 to answer to these charges.
