If you like to run… Many runners believe they have to run a lot of miles each week to be able to race in a marathon. However, the opposite is often true. Running too many miles can slow you down. Set up a program to run fast and short on some days and long on others. A goal for fast days could be to run repeat intervals with short rests in between each. On longer days, run at a steady pace for about 90 minutes. Interval training will also keep it fun, supercharge your fitness, burn off extra fat, and boost your metabolism.
I am not a huge fan of water but I know it is good for me, so I drink it. However, I have found the perfect product to drink my water and get my nutrients from my daily tea intake without the extra sugars. Tetley Infusions. You can even pick them up at the Bargain Shop, here in town!

Here is a recipe I found that will keep you cool on these summer nights.

FUN SUMMER RECIPE

Berries Layered with Tetley Infusions White Tea with Blueberry Mousse
Makes 4 servings

Ingredients:

  • 2 sachets of Tetley Infusions White Tea with Blueberry liquid tea mix
  • 8oz light cream cheese, room temperature
  • ¾ cup light vanilla yogurt
  • ½ tsp grated lemon zest
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries

In a bowl, beat cream cheese, with an electric mixer until smooth. Add Tetley Infusions and continue to mix until blended. Stir in yogurt and lemon zest. Layer mixture into dessert glasses, alternating layers with mousse and fruit. Chill for 2 hours or until set. ENJOY a great summer treat that is good for you!
